About the suspects: they're frequent customers of the shop who just happened to come at the same time today. Previously, when they were all at the shop, a murder-robbery of a woman occurred nearby, the police took away the three as suspects. They're still under suspicion, Yumi & Naeko have been coming to the shop everyday. CITAZIONE Fujiwara: Apparently Y&N chased the murder-robbery suspect into this shop (they'd been patrolling by car in nearby and saw someone suspicious in front of a house).They detained the 3 suspects, while Takagi & Sato went to the house (where the suspicious person was seen), found the owner lying dead in the entrance, the window had been broken and the house tossed. CITAZIONE Fujiwara: They think that the victim returned home and happened to run into the robber (who was leaving), got into a struggle and was killed - Conan says therefore the customer who came last and in a panic is the criminal, but the part-timer says that all 3 arrived at about the same time (like today) and some time passed before the officers arrived (because Yumi fell down while in pursuit). CITAZIONE Fujiwara: Apparently, Yumi tripped over a hose (about 2m in length) that the suspect threw at her - when asked by Conan she says it was 3cm in diameter, possibly used to water plants by the victim. CITAZIONE Fujiwara: More about THE HOSE: they initially thought it might be the murder weapon (because they first saw the suspect waving the hose around in front of the victim's door), there are signs of cellophane tape having been stuck on the end, but no blood at all. |
